We provide embroidery on items supplied by you, and in some cases can also help source suitable products if needed. Every project is assessed individually to ensure the fabric, design and stitch density are well matched for a clean, durable result.

How pricing works

Embroidery pricing varies depending on the design and application. Factors such as stitch count, size, placement, fabric type and whether digitising is required all affect the final cost.

For this reason, embroidery is currently offered on a quote basis rather than direct online ordering. This allows us to provide accurate pricing and practical advice before work begins.

Every embroidery project is a little different. This form allows us to understand your requirements and provide accurate pricing, realistic lead times and practical advice before proceeding.

Please include as much detail as possible, including the item to be embroidered, design size, placement and quantities. If you have artwork or a logo, you’ll be able to upload this as part of the form.

- Customer-supplied garments are embroidered at the customer’s own risk.
- Not all fabrics are suitable for embroidery; please confirm before supplying items.
- For complex designs, a test sew-out may be recommended.
